Hull in steel. Last hull maintenance in 2018 done after the hull survey at the Sète shipyard. The entire bottom and sides were doubled during this dry dock maintenance in 2018, except for a small part at the back of the barge (invoice available).

In the engine room, there are two diesel tanks (of at least 1000L in total given their size) and an unused water tank. They have installed another clean water tank used in navigation. We also have a black water tank Tom Logisch Enteron (new in 2019) of 165L, compliant with regulations, which treats wastewater gradually to release it once treated.

The entrance to the barge is via the pontoon arranged by our owners. The location of the barge provides access to a communal drinking water well shared by four barges.

You then arrive on a large terrace shaded from the sun by an awning, where more than 10 people can easily sit. On this awning, there are also 8 solar panels, practical for electricity savings. There are two independent entrances: towards the stern, the wheelhouse gives us access to the aft part of the barge, a space that has been used as an Air BnB by our owners (a first saloon with a shower and a rear cabin with a toilet). The other entrance from the terrace is towards the foredeck, three steps and a glass door give us access to the front part of the boat (2nd large saloon connected to the kitchen, two bathrooms, the three front cabins, and the laundry room).

Let's go into detail from the back to the front (you can refer to photo 161 of the boat plan and my interior video to better understand this vast space).

At the rear of the wheelhouse, the skipper's cabin, with a double bed 190X130 and its separate toilet (1.77m headroom). Then, two steps lead us to the wheelhouse, where we have a headroom of 1.85 meters.

Three steps then lead us to a first saloon. To port, a first shower (1.84 m headroom). In this lounge, a lot of light thanks to its large glazed area (1.85 m headroom). A fridge, sink, microwave, electric hob, and one of the 3 Daikin air conditioning units equip this room. There is also a convertible sofa bed 190x140.

A staircase with a glass door then leads us to the boat's large lounge (the two spaces are well separated physically and acoustically, so they are convenient for renting). Immediately to starboard, a door leads to a first room currently used as a storage room. Here we can note the presence of a retractable bed (2.23 m for the upper part and 1.90m for the lower part). In the closet at the back of the room, we find the boat's IBAIONDO water pump and a first large SAUTER water heater. Indeed, the barge is equipped with two 50L water heaters, so there's no need to rush in the shower even if there are many people.

Let's go back to the large lounge; here, we find the wood stove and enough space to accommodate as many guests as you want by the fire (2.12 m headroom). I also notice a large porthole to the right of the stove that gives a lovely view of the water.

In terms of heating, the boat is well equipped with its 4 DAIKIN reversible air conditioning units, its JAFA oil boiler that supplies the boat's radiators, and its wood stove in the large lounge. Currently, our owner only uses the air conditioning and the wood stove to heat the boat in winter. A door under the entrance stairs provides access to the Tom Logisch Enteron sewage treatment station, which allows for the discharge of purified water

This saloon is connected by three steps to a dining-kitchen area (2.13 m headroom). The kitchen is equipped with a double sink, electric oven, 3 induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, and an American-style bar. I notice the presence of two air conditioning units in this double room.

Let's continue our tour towards the bow. To port, a second toilet with a headroom of 2.09m (the boat has 3 electric toilets, 2 with Sanibroyeur and one direct).

Next, a large corridor equipped with many storage spaces to port.

The first door to starboard leads us to a bathroom with a large bathtub, sink, and mirror (2.22 m headroom).

Continuing, we find a first cabin to starboard equipped with a desk and storage (2.43 m headroom).

Second cabin to starboard equipped with a laundry room and a desk (2.48 m headroom).

The last cabin where our owner currently sleeps, equipped with a bed 190X140 (2.60 m at the highest and 1.9 at the lowest).

A few steps lead us to a third equipped shower, a sink, and an electric toilet (2.17 m headroom). A convenient deck hatch and a window allow for moisture to dissipate after the shower and create airflow in the cabins.

Finally, in the bow of the boat, there is a laundry room equipped with an LG washing machine and two freezers, including a large one, as well as closets (1.81 m headroom).

The furniture and equipment are included in the sale, which is a significant advantage. The furniture not included in the sale is listed below:
In the owner's front room, the dresser, the desk, and the TV are not included.
In the main kitchen, the round table is not included.
In the large saloon, the small desk, the sewing machine, the speakers, the computer, the amp and preamp, the printer, and the furniture on which these devices are located, as well as the paintings, are not included.
