Commentaires du Broker
This motor-sailer comes on the market as a result of the elderly owner retiring from boating. He is in his eighties and is her second owner.
She will also make a great holiday family cruiser. Her back "patio" deck over her main cabin, plus her bumpkin and swimming ladder, make Summer anchoring a joy!
This yacht has an enormous interior volume because of her generous beam. She also has full headroom throughout!
The designer acknowledged what most ignore, that is that most yachts spend more time under power than under sail and hence the peace of mind of two Volvo engines! She has a spacious, easy to access engine room beneath the saloon that houses her twin engines and generator.
She was designed and built in the Gallart Boatyard in Badalona, outside Barcellona in Spain. She is no 5 of 27 of this particular motor-sailor design. She was the 715th yacht built by Gallart.
She is in need of some love and attention, but in return you will get a large, easy to manage yacht at a very attractive price. The owner is very aware of the economic climate at the moment, and has priced his yacht at a realistic price.
